Meet your Billings, MT Weed Man team of lawn specialists who are professionally trained to manage all of your lawn care needs. We're happy to introduce ourselves!

Beth | Owner of Weed Man Billings

I was born and raised in Lewistown, the exact center of our beautiful state. I moved to Billings for college in 2003 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Montana State University- Billings.

I am passionate about helping people, which fits in well with mentoring our employees. I recently participated in the Billings Chamber Program- Leadership Billings. It was an incredible experience where we learned about where our community needs more support, what we are doing well, and how we can help make it better. I want to make a difference. Whether it is one person or a community. Being able to impact someone or make something better is incredible.
Camping and boating are some of my favorite things to do outside. I enjoy traveling to climates where it doesn’t get nearly as cold. My favorite sunny getaway is the Virgin Islands.

 

TYLER | owner

Tyler was born in Billings but has bounced between Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska and South Dakota. Tyler moved back to Billings in 2005. Before Weed Man, Tyler was running his own Matco Truck. At that time, Tyler was working on his own lawn and saw the need for the business. He learned that Weed Man was the fastest growing lawn care franchise in North America. In 2016, after 10 years with Matco, Tyler and his wife Beth started Weed Man Billings. Tyler is highly intelligent, goal oriented, resilient and has great attention to detail. His skills allow us to see and anticipate ways to better serve our customers. If Tyler was a customer, he would choose Weed Man because not only do we take pride in our work, but “we have the best people who provide the best service.” When it comes to success at Weed Man, It’s important to Tyler that his employees enjoy coming to work everyday and like the environment. He also sees success at Weed Man by helping his employees grow within the company.  When Tyler isn’t at work you can find him playing hockey, tending his honey bees, visiting local breweries, camping or hiking with Beth and their two Boston Terrier’s.

 

aja | CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

I was born and raised right here in Billings. I started at Weed Man in April of 2022 as a Customer Service Representative. Since then, I have branched out and started working in the sales dept. I love being a part of the Weed Man family, I have the best co-workers and all the customers are amazing! In my spare time, you can find me hiking and adventuring all over Montana with my two dogs.

damian | TECHNICIAN Manager

I’m originally from California, but have lived in Montana since 2006. I started working at Weed Man in 2020 as a door knocker and became the technician manager in 2022. In my spare time, you can find me playing hockey or sitting by a campfire with friends and family.

I am a Billings native and I started working at Weed Man in 2021. I love the culture here at Weed Man. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, hanging out with my dogs and traveling.

 

Jay | service advisor

Hi, I’m Jay and I am a Montana Native. I moved to Hawaii for 10 years to pursue my passion in scuba diving. However, I moved back in recent years to be closer to family. I have been working at Weed Man since spring of 2022. If I’m not at work, you can find me with family or at the river!

 

Jacob | service advisor

Jacob joined our team in 2024 as a service advisor who values building genuine connections and adding a personal touch. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor adventures and finds inspiration in his hardworking wife and the positive feedback we receive from our customers—qualities that make him an incredible asset to Weed Man

kim | customer service representative

I’m origiianlly from Ohio, but lived in Arizona for ten years before I relocated to Billings three years ago.  I started at Weed Man in 2023 as a Customer Service Representative.  When I’m not hanging out with my husband, two daughters, two dogs and three ferrets, you can find me you reading a good book and cheering on the Detroit Lions.

Originally from Oregon, Kent has been a proud Billings resident for the past 14 years.  Kent oversees the smooth operation of all things Weed Man Billings, ensuring that every aspect of our service exceeds your expectations.  For Kent, success means seeing our team thrive and delivering exceptional experiences for our valued customers. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his family, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and hitting the golf course.

 

kody | senior TECHNICIAN

Kody joined Weed Man in March 2024 and has been a valuable, self-motivated member of our team ever since, known for his precision and excellent customer communication. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, shed hunting, and spending time in the mountains.

 

 

payton | LAWN TECHNICIAN

Payton is originally from Greybull, Wyoming.  He moved to Montana in 2023 when he joined our team as a lawn technician.  When Payton isn’t making your lawn beautiful, you can find him fishing or playing golf.

 

jj | lawn TECHNICIAN

Originally from Dallas, Texas, JJ relocated to Billings in 2023. Starting as a lawn technician, JJ's natural leadership skills led him to become one of our senior technicians. Outside of work, JJ enjoys spending time with his kids, fishing, and cheering on the Billings Outlaws.

 

michael | LAWN TECHNICIAN

Michael, a Syracuse, NY native, joined our team in Spring of 2024. When he's not working on the lawns, you can find him spending time with his dog, fishing and playing video games to unwind.
