I was born and raised in Lewistown, the exact center of our beautiful state. I moved to Billings for college in 2003 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Montana State University- Billings.
I am passionate about helping people, which fits in well with mentoring our employees. I recently participated in the Billings Chamber Program- Leadership Billings. It was an incredible experience where we learned about where our community needs more support, what we are doing well, and how we can help make it better. I want to make a difference. Whether it is one person or a community. Being able to impact someone or make something better is incredible.
Camping and boating are some of my favorite things to do outside. I enjoy traveling to climates where it doesn’t get nearly as cold. My favorite sunny getaway is the Virgin Islands.
Tyler was born in Billings but has bounced between Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska and South Dakota. Tyler moved back to Billings in 2005. Before Weed Man, Tyler was running his own Matco Truck. At that time, Tyler was working on his own lawn and saw the need for the business. He learned that Weed Man was the fastest growing lawn care franchise in North America. In 2016, after 10 years with Matco, Tyler and his wife Beth started Weed Man Billings. Tyler is highly intelligent, goal oriented, resilient and has great attention to detail. His skills allow us to see and anticipate ways to better serve our customers. If Tyler was a customer, he would choose Weed Man because not only do we take pride in our work, but “we have the best people who provide the best service.” When it comes to success at Weed Man, It’s important to Tyler that his employees enjoy coming to work everyday and like the environment. He also sees success at Weed Man by helping his employees grow within the company. When Tyler isn’t at work you can find him playing hockey, tending his honey bees, visiting local breweries, camping or hiking with Beth and their two Boston Terrier’s.
I am originally from Los Angeles California and moved to Montana in 2006. Growing up in Los Angeles with gangs and drugs was very hard for me. I moved to Montana to get away from that and start achieving my own goals! I jumped on board with Weed Man in February 2020 as a door knocker. In the three years I have been with Weed Man, I became a senior technician and was recently promoted to the technician manager. I love the fact that Weed Man is locally owned and operated and my fellow employees are professional and take pride in their work. When I think of success at Weed Man, I think of happy customers. I enjoy treating their lawns and seeing the end results, which is a happy customer in the end! My main inspiration is my mother, she always worked so hard while I was growing up! She taught me to always work hard and to never give up. When I’m not making your yard look its best, you can catch me fishing, hunting or enjoying a bonfire with friends!
I was born in California, but moved to Montana when I was two years old. I have lived in Billings most of my life. After high school, I went to cosmetology school in Spokane, WA. I spent 8 years in the industry, everything from being behind the chair, wholesale, product sales to traveling nationally teaching stylists to use products. Once I was done with traveling, I worked at the local credit union in customer service where I moved up to lending and quality control. The credit union is where I met Beth , Weed Man Billings co owner. We quickly became friends and I have learned so much from her. Once a position was open at Weed Man, I was so excited to apply. Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading the classics and music. I have a 3 year old, 5 nieces and 1 nephew. They are my pride and joy. My position at Weed Man is Customer Service Manager. I have been here since April 2021. My favorite part of my job is finding all the areas where we can be better each day. I look forward to coming to work each morning and I am so grateful to Beth Tyler, my coworkers and our amazing customers.
I grew up in Sheridan, Wyoming and moved to Billings in 2020 to start a new chapter in life. My hobbies include cooking, baking, golfing and taking care of my spoiled fur baby, Milo. I love to travel and explore new places. My favorite places have been London, Australia and Las Vegas. Family is also very important to me and since working at Weed Man, my family has grown. I am a lawn technician and have been at Weed Man since March of 2022. It is, without a doubt, the best job one could have and most days, it doesn't feel like a job. It’s a place where you can learn, grow and have people to help you along the way.
I’m from Billings and attended Lockwood and Skyview for school. Before Weed Man, I worked as the general manager at Torres Café for many years until they closed the business. I have 3 dogs, 7 chickens and a teenage son. I enjoy camping, hiking, gardening, caring for my many houseplants and searching for petroglyphs and artifacts. I am a Customer Service Representative and I have been at Weed Man Since April 2022.
I’m from Butte Montana and attended Butte High School. Before Weed Man, I was working at Billings Insulation Services. I have been with Weed Man since 2021 and I am now a senior technician and salesman. When I’m not at work, you can find me enjoying football, basketball, hunting, hiking and playing fetch with my mini aussie, Loki!
